Add Log

  1. Click the Add button displayed on the top menu bar.
  2. On the Add Communication Log popup window, enter the Contact Date by clicking the Calendar Icon. Select the required date from the calendar displayed. This is a mandatory field.
  3. Enter the Communication Type by clicking its dropdown menu. This is a mandatory field.
  4. Optionally add the Contact Name
  5. Enter the details in the Description field.
  6. Optionally, Enter the details in the Contact Name and Next Contact Date fields.
  7. Click the Add button at the bottom of the popup window.
