Deleting Sites
- Select a site from the list.
- Click the Delete button from the top menu ribbon. A window pops up, asking
for confirmation that you want to delete the site. It also prompts you to enter the
reason for deletion.Note: It is mandatory to enter a reason, as the field is marked with an asterisk.
- (Optional) Select the checkbox if you wish to delete the reconciliation data.
- Click the Save button at the bottom of the popup window.
- Sites cannot be deleted if they have already collected documents and the user receives a warning message about the same in the popup window.
Note: To delete a site, its documents must first be deleted.
