Query reminder configuration
From Query Reminder configuration Admin can configure reminder emails' schedule.
Refer to the screenshot below:
- As per the above configuration, reminders will be sent on the 10th day, 5th day, and the 3rd day, if the user does not respond to a query with a document.
- You can change the number of days from Query reminder date range (days) in Default ranges configuration.
