How to view users

In Trial Interactive, users are categorized for easier access and viewing. You can filter users by different categories using the following steps:

1. Click the View By dropdown in the left panel. A list of available categories will appear.
2. Select the category to use to filter the users in the room.
3. Click Select at the bottom of the popup window.
4. Additionally, users have two options for setting the default view:
5. Set Default: By checking the Set Default box, user can set the selected category as the default view for the current room.
