How to Restore User Access

  1. Navigate to User Management → Users.
  2. Locate the users whose permissions you want to restore.
  3. Tick the checkboxes next to the users' names.
  4. In the top ribbon bar, click the three-dot icon and select Restore Access from the dropdown options.

  5. The Restore Access confirmation window appears. Enter a mandatory reason for restoring access, then click OK to proceed with the process, or choose Cancel to exit.

  6. After confirmation, a notification window will appear, confirming that the selected user's permissions have been successfully restored.

  7. Ability to Assign User to Site in User Management Module

Administrators have full control over managing user groups, including creating, deleting, and assigning users to these groups. Specifically, administrators can manage:

  • Group names
  • Group descriptions
  • Group security rights
  • Actions assigned to group members

Groups are essential for granting users access to specific folders, files, and actions. In the Groups area, room administrators can:

  • Add a new group
  • Add a child group
  • Edit a group
  • Delete a group
