How to Manage Security of Sites in eTMF

the procedure for managing security settings for sites in the eTMF module:

  1. In the eTMF module sidebar, navigate to Sites and select the desired status folder, such as Active.
  2. Check the box next to the site for which you want to manage security.
  3. Click Manage Security at the top of the screen, and choose either Editors or Readers to manage permissions for those role.
  4. In the Security - Editors or Security - Readers dialog, switch to the Users tab.
  5. Select the user(s) you want to add by checking the box next to their name in the user list.

  6. The selected user(s) will appear in the Selected members section on the right.
  7. Click OK to save the changes.
