How to Manage Security of Sites in eTMF
the procedure for managing security settings for sites in the eTMF module:
- In the eTMF module sidebar, navigate to Sites and select the desired status folder, such as Active.
- Check the box next to the site for which you want to manage security.
- Click Manage Security at the top of the screen, and choose either Editors or Readers to manage permissions for those role.

- In the Security - Editors or Security - Readers dialog, switch to the Users tab.
- Select the user(s) you want to add by checking the box next to
their name in the user list.
- The selected user(s) will appear in the Selected members section on the right.
- Click OK to save the changes.
