How to import Sites from eTMF Module

step-by-step guide for exporting sites in the eTMF module:

1. In the eTMF module sidebar, go to Sites and select the appropriate status folder, such as Active.
2. Check the box next to the site(s) you want to export.
3. Click the Export button at the top of the screen.

   

   

4. In the Export Sites dialog, under Export Options, choose one of the following sources:
   • Selected records
   • All Sites in the current grid
   • All Sites in the room

1. Click Next to proceed.
2. In the Select Metadata Fields section, choose the metadata fields you want to include in the export file.
3. Click Next to finalize and start the export.
