How to Create New Site in ETMF module

Steps to Create Sites:

1. In the eTMF module sidebar, click on Sites to access the site management area.
2. Click the Add button to create a new site. This will open the New Site page.

   

3. In the General Info tab, enter the required information:

• Institution Name (mandatory).
• Other fields such as CRA, Start-Up Specialist, Site Number, and Site as needed.
• Optionally, check Disable auto Site name and provide a reason if not using the auto-generated name.
