How to Delete Site in ETMF module

Steps to Delete Site in eTMF Module

1. In the eTMF module sidebar, go to Sites and select the Active or relevant status folder.
2. Check the box next to the site you want to delete, then click Delete.

   

3. In the Delete Site(s) dialog, enter the reason for deletion in the provided field. Optionally, select Delete reconciliation data or Remove Site from Audit Configuration if applicable.

   

4. Click Delete to confirm.
5. This action is irreversible, and a confirmation message will indicate the site has been deleted.

   

6. If you need to add contact details, go to the Contacts tab. Click Add and enter the required contact information.
7. Once all details are added, click Save to finalize the new site creation.
