Team Edit Instructions and Review Updates

- This new enhancement introduces the ability to set the name of the collaborate review and provide specific instructions, along with a notification, when initiating a collaborative review session. This is especially beneficial for subsequent review rounds, allowing the review initiator to guide participants' focus—such as directing attention to a particular section—which streamlines the process and eliminates redundant efforts.

An additional enhancement elevates collaboration by empowering all review participants, not just owners and admins, to provide their review comments back, with a notification, when they’ve completed their reviews.

Finally, if an incorrect effective date is set, the Document Owner may now resend the original document through the approval workflow after changing key pieces of metadata, such as the effective date.
