3^rd Party Vendor Support

- When handling 3rd Party Vendors in the eTMF, additional folder structures with document type classifications must be managed easily within the index. There should be a way to enter 3rd Party Vendors as Organizations within a client domain, and a way to select from these Organizations to populate folder structure and required documents for each Vendor within rooms.

This feature will implement third-party Vendors within the eTMF, creating folder structures and required documents, along with metadata about these Organizations, including type, subtype, service provided, address, and contact information. For customers using a CTMS, these Organizations may be shared and managed there and populated to the client domain.

This feature will implement Organizations within other room types including QMS and Site Collaborate rooms, allowing for supplier and vendor management and required documentation.
