Central Help Portal

A Single Portal to Access All Documentation, Help, Training, and Support

- A central portal that all customers can access, providing them with the latest help, videos, job aids, ideas, tickets, and requests. This portal will have the following features:

  • The portal will be completely secure, only accessible to TI customers, and available from every product and every dedicated instance.
  • All online help will be made available centrally for all TI modules and customer solutions
  • Customers will have access to the Manage Engine service desk ticketing system for their tickets and the creation of new tickets
  • All Service Requests will be made available, with ‘self-serve’ custom forms for Archive requests, Site Updates, User Updates, and all other formal requests.
  • The latest product release notes will be made available, as well as PDF documentation.
  • For Focus Group members, access to the Idea portal will be provided.
