Identity and Access Management

An updated Identity and Access Management component is rolling out, providing global authentication and authorization for the TI platform, all TI users, and all applications and modules. This component will support the following new capabilities:

• New Users will only need to register once on the TI Platform to access all TI products, studies, and environments.
• Each dedicated environment keeps its own preferences regarding password requirements, timeouts, and expirations.
• Supports configuration of multiple SSO systems for a single application and set of users.
• Easily activate multiple options for Sign On, including Single Sign On, Multi-Factor (MFA) using text message or app, One-Time Password (OTP), and familiar SSO options such as MS Teams and Okta.
