Reassigning a Reviewer

The process of changing the assigned reviewer of a document to another qualified individual. Occasionally, a room administrator may need to reassign a documents reviewer.

To reassign a reviewer, follow the steps below:

  1. Navigate to the Document section from eTMF module, it is available in the vertical menu at the left side of the screen.
  2. Select the By Status view from the dropdown menu above the index pane.
  3. Select the from the 2-Step Workflow dropdown menu above the index pane.
  4. Select the Claimed folder from the index pane.
  5. Locate the document which needs to be reassigned. If necessary, expand the metadata pane.


  6. Click the three-dot dropdown menu at the top-right of the metadata pane.
  7. Click the Reassign Reviewer, the Reassign Reviewer window will open.
  8. Choose the appropriate reviewer and click the Change Reviewer button.
