Communications

This section explains you about the communication Module.

The Communications module is used to capture and manage study-related communications. Emails sent to the Communications Inbox are automatically converted to PDF format. Study room users are required to review the received messages in the Communications Inbox to assess their relevance to the study before adding them to the room’s QC workflow. The module can be accessed from the Navigation Grid in the upper-left corner of the screen.

After opening the Communications module, use the left-hand menu to access the following views:

  • Inbox
  • Outbox
  • Audit Trail
