My Review

My Review provides an overview of documents assigned to user within the 2-Step Workflow. It helps track the status of documents, manage reviews, and take action.

Editor, manager, and administrator level users can perform Quality Control Review, while reader level users cannot.

To participate in the quality control workflow, a user must be assigned to at least one QC-related group in the User Management area. For details on adding users to a group, refer to the relevant section of this guide.

In Content Management rooms, a user’s group is typically based on their job function. The corresponding department or group is then selected for inclusion in the approval workflow.
