• Document Classification: The document classification consists of an algorithm able to detect the TMF number, level, zone, section, artifact, and sub-artifact automatically.
• Document Extraction: The document extraction would include the ability to capture specific items such as the site, country, contact, and document date. With this data, many other checks can be run against the data to ensure it is accurate.
• Document Score for assigning to workflow: An algorithm would be used to score the documents processed using TI Automation. Additionally, based on the settings, the documents with specified minimum scores would be assigned directly to the second step of the workflow, bringing efficiencies in time and cost.
