1. Does TI Auto-Coding work only with PDFs or other file formats like MS Word? Is this unique to your system, or is it a standard feature across other systems?

Answer: TI Auto-Coding operates on any file that can be converted into a paginated format.

2. Does the current MDE doc list suffice for use? Is this list continually evolving, or is it considered final for the foreseeable future?

Answer: TI Auto-Coding is continuously evolving. Over time, TI will consolidate these patterns into a growing library. As more templates are incorporated, the accuracy of pattern matching improves.

3. How accurate are the Exact Matches for names, content, and spelling? When will Fuzzy Matches be available, allowing for matching ‘Smith’ with ‘John Smith’ in the system without requiring the exact full name on the document?

Answer: TI utilizes NLP (Natural Language Processing) and statistical distance algorithms such as Jaro-Winkler and Damerau-Levenshtein to determine name similarity for Sites, Contacts, and data.
