Configuring the Index Structure
Most commonly, a room’s index structure will be cloned from an existing room or a
client-specific template room. Normally, any changes to the standard layout would be
indicated in your configuration manual and addressed prior to the room being used.
However, administrator level users can make changes to a room’s index structure. The
sections below will cover how this is done.
Note: This
functionality can have dire consequences if used in a live study room. Please be
certain that you have been fully trained by a Trial Interactive eClinical Trainer
and that you are absolutely sure what changes need to be made. Deleting a folder
containing documents will immediately delete all of the documents within. It is
highly recommended that you work with the Trial Interactive
Service Desk if you want to make ANY alterations to the index structure of a study
room.
