Collaborate

This section helps you understand the Collaborate module and collaborative workspace.

Trial Interactive’s Collaborate solution provides a shared platform for clinical teams to give Sponsors, CROs, and Sites a place to shareand author documentation for use internally, within a Clinical Trial setting, and archived in the eTMF where applicable. This flexible solution may be used for investigative site portals (eISF), remote monitoring rooms, clinical and shared workspaces, secure, unblinded content rooms, quality management and regulatory document workflows, adjudication rooms, and much more.

Through TI Collaborate, multiple users can work on authoring, updating, and reviewing documents concurrently in real-time, communicating in-browser through comments or via the built-in chat function; documents can also be modified individually, both online and offline.

Document approval workflow and signature tools can also be built into a Collaborative Workspace room, providing 21 CFR Part 11-compliant review and approval workflows.

Important: To enable a Collaborative Workspace room, contact your Trial Interactive representative.
