Document History Improvements

The Document History view is enhanced for performance and UI improvements.

For large documents, paging has been implemented to boost performance and responsiveness when loading document history. The Activity Type filter has been upgraded to a multiselect control, allowing users to filter by multiple activity types simultaneously instead of being limited to a single selection.
